Immediate
Income from Ionizer Referrals
Qualification: You
must be an IonWays Associate .
First Sale : The first
sale made through any IonWays WebStore™ is the Qualifying
Sale . The commission paid on your Qualifying Sale for
an Athena Water Ionizer is $150 and $200 if your Qualifying
Sale is a Delphi Under Counter Ionizer . This is a
one-time requirement.
Subsequent Sales:
Congratulations! You already qualify for a big raise! For all
subsequent orders placed through your WebStore ™, you will
receive $350 Immediate Commission for each Athena purchase
and $400 Immediate Commission for every Delphi model
sold.
How commissions are paid: All
commissions will be credited to your account 14 days after the sale is
made on your site. Immediate Commissions are paid daily,
and are paid to your own IonWays Mastercard paycard. There
is no limit on the number of referrals and sales an Associate can
make.
Retail Profits Through Optional
ProPaks
What is a ProPak? A ProPak
consists of three (3) of the same model water ionizer
packaged together and purchased at the same time. This is an entirely
optional way of buying the IonWays equipment. The ProPak
gives you the ability to immediately make delivery to
your customers at the time of the sale.

Retail Profits: The
retail profit realized through the ProPak increases from
$350 to $700 for each Athena and from $400 to $800 for every
Delphi .
Developing Your Sales Team
When you choose to refer IonWays product
and equipment sales and to sponsor other Associates , you
then become eligible to earn leveraged income benefits.
The Sales Team: Every
Associate desiring to earn Team Commissions must
build a Sales Team . Each Sales Team has two
sides a Left Team Side and a Right Team Side .

Your new Associates
are placed below you into either your Left or your Right Team. Every
Associate position has only two potential Associate
positions immediately below them in the structure, one
on the Left Team side and one on the Right Team side. You can build
infinitely deep in each side.

You become the Personal
Sponsor of every IonWays Associate you enroll through
your own WebStore ™. Your Associates also
have two Team Sides to their Downline Organization. A more developed

Understanding
Business and Personal Volume
Business Volume (BV): BV
is the sales volume value that generates Team Commissions.
All IonWays equipment and
product sales have Business Volume (BV) associated with
them. Every time a sale occurs in your team, whether you make the sale
through your WebStore™ or one of your team members makes
the sale through their own WebStore™, there is BV generated.
Personal Volume (PV): PV
is what qualifies you to be paid on BV.
Personal Volume is simply BV that is
processed through your own WebStore™.
PV can be accumulated through your own
personal purchases through your WebStore™ OR by any retail
sale through your WebStore™. Either type of sale through your WebStore™
creates PV for you .
Autoship: Many
Associates simply choose to enroll in the optional monthly Autoship
Program for a minimum standing order of 50 PV in products (about
$85) to insure that their active status is insured each
month. The initial product offering to complete 50PV is the Acupeds –

Qualifying to be paid on Team Commissions


Team Commissions Explained
Accrued BV Becomes Pay Points
All products and equipment sold in IonWays
have Business Volume (BV). BV is accrued
and stored for every Active Associate .
The IonWays online tracking
system will automatically add the Associate's own WebStore™
sales to their Sales Team BV totals, always
to the Team Side that needs the volume the most, at the moment when the
sale is made. So all sales from the Associate's entire Sales
Team accrue BV for the Associate and that BV accumulates. When a total
of 4200 BV is reached, with a minimum of 1400 BV on the lesser Team
Side, a Pay Point is earned.
The chart below illustrates the
Pay Point volume requirements. The actual Pay Point Value
will vary week to week based on the Pay Point Formula calculation

Here's
how the Value of Pay Points are determined:
70% of all
incoming BV for that week from all sources Divided
by the number of
Pay Points earned for that week Equals the Pay
Point Value .
The Team Commission shown
above is the estimated value of one Pay Point illustrative
purposes only. The actual Pay Point Value will vary from
week to week.
70% BV Guaranteed Payout
Every week the IonWays Dealers receive
70% of all the incoming Business Volume (BV), as Team
Commission .
The IonWays pay period runs
weekly, starting at one second after midnight Friday morning until
midnight Thursday night (Easstern Time). Team Commissions and
other Bonuses are all paid weekly.
Once the PayPoint is earned, the BV used
to create it is subtracted from your account. BV credits will only be
lost if an Associate is totally inactive for a period of six
months. Becoming inactive for periods less than 180 days will result is

Number of Pay Points You Can
Earn
The Team Commission Pay Cap
puts a ceiling on the Team Commissions at $35,000 per week,
per Dealer position. When a Dealer earns $35,000
in Team Commission in any given week, they will be granted a
re-entry certificate (at no cost) – creating a virtually unlimited
amount of Pay Points you can earn. For full details, see

Positions

Mentoring Bonuses
When Mangers and
Executives have downline Dealers that
are earning Team Commission , they may earn Mentoring
Bonuses of $50 on personally sponsored Dealers and Second
Generation Personally Sponsored Dealers whenever those downline
Dealers earn Pay Points. An Active Manager will earn
a $50 Mentoring Bonus each time a personally sponsored Dealer
or above earns a Pay Point (no limit). The Active
Executive will earn a $50 Mentoring Bonus each time a
personally sponsored Dealer or above earns a Pay Point and
each time a Second Generation Personally Sponsored Dealers earns
a Pay Point (no limit).
Every Dealer your
personally sponsor, no matter how far beneath you in the organizational
structure, is First Generation to you for these purposes.
Your Second Generation Personally Sponsored Dealer is a Dealer
personally sponsored by a Dealer you
personally sponsored.
Full Dynamic
Compression
Leadership Bonuses and
Mentoring Bonuses are dynamically compressed so
they are always paid out and have a “pass-through”, rank-seeking
nature. These Bonuses are paid according to lines of
sponsorship and not lines of placement.
Executive Global
Bonus Pools
Active, qualified
Executives will share a monthly Global Bonus Pool equal
to 1% of the global Business Volume (BV) of IonWays .
Executives who
have a personally enrolled Executive or above on each of two
team sides will earn the rank of National Executive and
will share a monthly Global Bonus Pool equal to 1% of the
global Business Volume (BV).
National Executives who
have a personally sponsored or above National Executive on
each of two team sides will earn the rank of International
Executive and will share a monthly Global
Bonus Pool equal to 1% of the global Business Volume (BV).
The Global Bonus Pools will be paid monthly by the 25th of
the month for business completed the previous month.
